If a charter is canceled by the captain due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, your trip will be rescheduled for a future date at no additional charge. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible should weather conditions require a change.
Weather-related cancellations are not subject to penalties. Conditions considered include, but are not limited to, high winds, rough seas, storms, or other unsafe maritime conditions.
If weather conditions change during a trip, the captain may modify the route, shorten the trip, or return to port to ensure the safety of all passengers.

Tips/Gratuity
Tipping the captain and crew is optional but greatly appreciated. If you choose to leave a gratuity, a customary guideline is 15%–20% of the charter
Gratuities are accepted in U.S. dollars and are given directly to the crew at the end of the charter.
